Mom's Soya Burger



6 burger rolls toasted (choose gluten-free rolls to make this gluten-free)
6 big cabbage leaves
2 big, long pieces of tomatoes
1 raw beet ( grated)

Ingredients for soya burger

16  oz boiled soya bean
1 red onion finely cut
1 carrot grated
3 tsp Belsen
3 tsp fresh mint
1 inch ginger( grated)
75 gm til
2 tsp oil

Creamy dressing

1 cup yogurt
1 tabs cut coriander
1 garlic pod finely cut
2 tabs sweet chilly sauce

To make creamy dressing mix chilly sauce, garlic, black pepper, coriander with yogurt in a pan.

To make burgers grind soya bean in a blender rather thick.  Then mix ground soya bean with onion, carrot, Belsen, mint and ginger.  With this mix make about 6 burgers.  Put these burgers on til so that they stick to burgers.  Then fry them on a skillet.

On a roll put one cabbage leaf then put a burger on it then put a burger on it and then put 1-2 tomato pieces, grated beat on it.  Spread one ts dressing on it.  Cover the whole thing with one roll then serve it.
