8 oz yogurt or buttermilk
4 oz cup Besan (gram flour)
Blend both in a blender and keep it aside
Heat 1 ts oil in a Kauai. Put
Pinch of methi seeds (optional)
1/2 ts mustard seeds
1/2 ts cumin seeds
Pinch of hing
1/2 ts turmeric power
1/2 ts red pepper powder
1 1/2 ts black and sea salt
Put the kadi mixture in the Kadai along with all the spices. Add 4 (8oz) cup of water and keep on boiling it for 1/2 hour.
If you want you can add frozen spinach to kadi while boiling. If you think kadi is too thick then add some water.
